Our client hospital, one the largest in Ireland is seeking Anaesthetic Nurses to join their team. The candidate would hold full NMBI registration. As the Anaesthetic Nurse, the candidate will assist the anaesthetist throughout surgical procedures. You will assess, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for all patients undergoing surgery, ensuring the preparation of drugs and equipment, checks and maintenance of machines, fluids and devices needed and pre-operative checks of patients to ensure a smooth handover from the Ward Nurse. The successful candidate must have extensive post registration anaesthetic experience and must display competency in preparing for different surgical procedures.
